Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in what you're bringing into your home. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to resolve it.

Returns:
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Products should be in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, with tags if applicable.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. We'll provide instructions and a return address in Israel. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

EU customers:
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs aren't refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges:
We don't offer direct exchanges yet. If you need a different size, color, or item, return the original and place a new order. As we grow, this may change.

Damaged or incorrect items:
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Custom or made-to-order pieces:
Some products are made specifically for you and can't be returned. We'll note this clearly on the product page before you order.
