Shipping

We ship from our studio in Israel. Lead times vary as we're building inventory and refining production—most pieces are completed within 5–10 business days, then shipping begins. Expect 2–4 weeks total from order to delivery, sometimes sooner. We'll update you if things shift.

Rates & carriers: Shipping costs reflect the reality of sending work internationally from a small country. We use Israel Post and private carriers depending on destination and package size.

• Israel: ₪35 (3–5 business days after production)
• United States & Europe: $28 flat rate (7–14 business days after production)
• Rest of World: $38 (10–21 business days after production)

Orders over $200 ship free to the US and Europe.

Tracking: You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. International parcels can take time to update—this is normal.

Duties & taxes: Depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These aren't included in our shipping rate and vary by location. We mark packages accurately and can't undervalue items.

Delays & lost parcels: International shipping occasionally faces delays (customs, holidays, carrier backlogs). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us—we'll investigate. Lost parcels are rare; we'll work with you to resolve them.
